We're excited to announce that in September 2017, The Catholic Human Services Foundation approved a $7,982.75 grant for the purchase and installation of Continental Girbau Express Stackable Dryers at Cheshire Home. This is a welcome upgrade to our healthcare facility’s laundry room, as it will replace dryers that could no longer handle our large clothing and linen capacity. Staff and residents alike are excited for the upgrade. At Cheshire Home, housekeeping staff provides laundry service for each resident, and residents are also given the option to launder their own personal clothing.

The Catholic Human Services Foundation, based in Pittstown, NJ, promotes and enhances the quality of life to those in need. The Foundation’s primary focus is to support organizations providing health and human services.

Thank you to The Catholic Human Services Foundation for your continued support in Cheshire Home's mission. Their generosity over the years has allowed us to purchase a Polaris Ranger Snow Remover, Roho Mapping System for our Physical Therapy Center, heating upgrades, a new dietary serving table and a camera security system that has ensured the safety of our residents.  This support is deeply appreciated!
