Novartis Associates Volunteer at Cheshire Home
On May 11th, a wonderful group of Associates from Novartis volunteered at Cheshire Home, bringing our resident's terrace back from "winter hibernation"! Tables and chairs were scrubbed, umbrellas were hosed down and installed, the gazebo was cleaned, walkways were weeded, and Alice's garden was prepped. Oh yes. Herbs were also planted. Whew!
What a team! We thank Frank, Megan, Jeffrey, John, Oguzhan, Vibha, Catheryne, Pransanti, Joseph, Janine, Florentina, and Jennifer. Each of you were terrific and we very much appreciate your hard work. We'll think of you each time we use the terrace.
"Community Partnership Day demonstrates the massive potential for good that we can achieve on a global scale when we unite to lend a helping hand to people who need our support," said Novartis CEO Joe Jimenez.
Knowing what a difference Novartis volunteers made at Cheshire Home, we are assured that the company brought many smiles to people through out the world on their special day.
